The PaceBook was one of the first tablet PCs released to the worldwide market. I bought one when they first came out, and it's been an interesting ride. The thing that makes the PaceBlade tablet PCs different then the competition is their resistive touch screens. You can type on an on-screen keyboard with your fingers (works pretty well unless your fingers are sticky).

If you do a search for PaceBook on that forum you'll also find some interesting (and possibly true) stories about the company's questionable business practices in the past.
Several months ago I tried contacting their US support team--the number was disconnected. In fact the phone number for their US sales team was diconnected too. The support team also didn't answer any of my emails. So, don't expect tech support if you live in the US.
I think it'd be cool to see some more posts in this forum. There used to be a forum on the PaceBlade site where the few proud 'book users would post their hacks and work-arounds. Alas the forum's dead now.
