I changed my Bios settings for the CPU since it was disabled and sysinfo said I only had 400 mhz CPU. I enabled speed step power managment and now sysinfo states it correctly as ~929. And the tablet runs much faster...
Anyone else have this problem? I was wondering why this would have been the default unless this unit had had previous problems...
I purchased it from Samsclub....

Hi,
Intel has fixed the speed step for each CPU. The standard is 1/2 the clock cycles for Pentium M and 1/3 for the ultra low power Pentium M processors.

So I expect all users will experience this. It's a trade off between battery life and performance.
