I don't have a TabletPC yet, but I do have a question based on a problem I have with my Pen Fujitsu Lifebook.

With my Lifebook, if I close the screen on top of the keyboard to go into a hibernate battery saving mode, my "Wi-Fi network connection is terminated," requiring a reboot to establish my network connection again!

I was wondering if the TabletPC had a "similar Wi-Fi problem," when in a power saving hibernating mode, when acting as a client workstation connected to a network server?

In other words, does anybody constantly work across a network on their Tablet and lose the connection when utilizing any power saving features?

I have a Compaq TC1000. When I put it into standby, the wi-fi light goes off and the system sleeps. When I turn it back on, the wi-fi comes back on and I am able to immediately reconnect to the network. No rebooting.

I also am still connected to my Remote Desktop session.
