I turned my scribbler off at the power switch instead of powering down now the unit will not respond. Thanks for any help. No answer or call back from tech support. |

What happens when you try powering it on with the switch? Does anything start up? Have you tried using the power adapter, is the battery charged? Do any lights come on? _________________ James Volodymyr R.

I agree with Chris.
I have a Scribbler and have held down the power button until it powers off. It's like pulling the AC plug on your desktop. It should restart. Make sure the switch is not stuck. _________________ C.M.Wilkerson, D.C.

I talked to tech support today. I connected the AC adaptapter, held the power switch firmly down then nothing happened. I left the room and when I returned the Scribbler was on. Seems fine now. Thanks for the reponses. |
