I've just upgraded my tablet to 2GB of RAM (what a nightmare to install!) It's PC2-5200 (333MHz) RAM but it's only running at 266MHz like it did before. Is 266MHz the only speed it will run at? CPU-Z reports the memory can run at 200MHz, 266MHz & 333MHz. The BIOS is pretty useless, having no memory settings at all.

Hi,
The chipset is where Acer set the ram speed. Usually there is no option for a user to change the speed. So if it's running at 266 it may not be detecing that it can run at 333.
