HORRIBLE tech support [one guy yelling at his kids while "supporting"], and even crapier customerr service. plus, you have to ship to Canada for repairs assuming you can convince them to repair it... |

My experience with Electrovaya tech support was completely different. I found them very responsive and helpful. I had a problem with booting from CD-ROM on my SC-3000 and they ran me right through a solution to the problem. Maybe it's improved over time?

No problems here either. I have called techical support 3 times, not with problems but with questions and to my amazement, I get right through, no waiting at all. Fastest support I have ever seen. _________________ C.M.Wilkerson, D.C.

Save your sanity, save your money. I convinced my company to buy several and have lost credibility because of it. The batteries will not last even one minute after a year, customer support is a joke and when I included a list of repairs with the unit, they fixed ONE thing out of five. Motion, any other company is better. |

My experience with Electrovaya has been very spotty. If you ask them something they know about, they'll answer fairly quickly. If they don't know about the problem already, they'll act as though nothing is wrong and it's your fault. I've found a design problem in the Scribbler 3100 where the unit will suddenly shut off, and it took a month to get them to acknowledge that it was a problem. Even since then, they have done nothing to actually solve it.
