Hi, I am not sure if this is allowed but I wanted to let everyone know we are receiving hundreds of Fujitsu 3400's back from lease.
They all have 192Meg RAM, 6Gig HD, external CD ROM, external keyboard/mouse, docking station, Stylus, and a nice rugged bag. The license on the bottom is NT 4.0 and a new load of the original software is being loaded as we wipe the hard drives.
(We can also put your software load on while we are loading software).
We are selling these now on eBay but can only put up a couple at a time or we will kill our current price of $525.0 to $600.00 each.
I would like to sell quantities of these to companies who use them reguarly and would like to lower the cost of both Grade A tested ones and Grade B "parts" machines.
I need to get about $370.00 each for them but would consider a little less for large quantities.
Please let me know if you are aware of companies who use these.
Thanks,
Ron Bragg

Why won't this work? Seems like someone isn't trying hard enough..
LOL I can try to prove you wrong, but as the all wise Homer Simpson once said. "You Tried your best and failed miserably. The lesson is never to try."
I just bought a bunch (2 Parts machines, and a complete machine) Off of Market2Market. I need some more play toys.
I don't see why you couldn't get this to work with XP. The Windows 2000 drivers should work decent on XP. Then again I'm just a meager Desktop Tech. Lappy's and Tablet's have always seemed a little foreign to me. Although I was able to get drivers and fix my friends intermec 6640 with a fresh install of win98se. When everyone thought drivers were impossible to obtain except from Intermec.
When they come in, I may give it a whirl. Wish me luck. _________________ Pat

Who Said anything about Tablet PC edition. All I want is to run XP Pro or Home Editions. I know you currently can't buy XP Tablet Edition 2005 by itself. Win98se is great and all but I think XP is a much more consistant and Stable OS environment. _________________ Pat

I have loaded both OS'S on my 3400 with satisfactory results. I currently am running Win 2k because of HD size. Only using it in my vehicle for GPS and casual surfing on the Internet.
I have also loaded WIN XP Pro on my Intermec 6640 with less than favorable results. Currently in the process of installing 98SE but need drivers. Does anyone know where these may be obtained? |
