After formatting HD I'm attempting to reinstall the os from the recovery disks. The recovery processes begins and but then I get the blue screen - repeatedly - says to run check disk /f but, off course, I can't get to a prompt to do this.
Any ideas?
Thanks |

It's possible you deleted your "factory reset" partion. This partition is normally hid- but it is possible to delete it. If it is deleted the recovery CDs are worthless because essentially they just activate that partition.
What kind of reformat did you do? _________________ James Volodymyr R.
