My medical prictice is using Table PCs all day long now and I have developed some severe pain in my neck and shoulder area that I carry the PC on. I think it is related to my continuous use of the Tablet PC for virtually evertyhing I do. It is more natural when interacting with patients and the tablet to hold it in my left arm like a "tablet" that I take notes on rather than putting on the desk or my lap when with patients.

Is this a common problem and are there any solutions? I was hoping to find an ergonomic kind of sling to help support the Tablet rather than relying on my left arm/neck/back all day long?

The pain is becoming severe and debilitating. I have to believe I am not alone?
